Built in 1900 by cousins Aaron and Ted Rowe as a bar, bathhouse and boarding rooms, the Rowe is now home to an artistic mix of shops. Enter through the front door into an old-fashioned soda shop wtih great food and great prices. Delight your palate with ice cream flavors ranging from Coffee Espresso Fudge Oreo to Blueberry Cheesecake. Old-fashioned ice cream sodas and malts are also on the menu.
